• Concentrator is disassembled, cleaned, and disinfected.
• Rotor and eccentric bearings are replaced.
• Sieve beds are repoured.
• All valves are rebuilt.
• Gasket seals, piston cups, and all filters replaced.
• Capacitor is tested, and replaced as needed.
• Motor windings are electronically inspected and replaced when needed.
• Motor mounts are replaced.
• Electric cooling fan is inspected and replaced as needed.
• 24-hour burn-in test is run to monitor performance and ensure purity.

We charge a flat fee of $65 for sieve-bed repours, saving you a substantial percentage over purchasing new beds. We also offer our 1-year warranty against leakage and dumping.

For each sieve-bed received, we replace all gaskets and filters, reprocess the molecular sieve, and clean the canisters. Our sieve beds are pressure tested at 45 psi and monitored in use on a concentrator to ensure the highest oxygen purity.
